The Olde Mecklenburg Brewery has planned a new location in Cornelius as part of the Greenway Gartens mixed-use development.
The town board approved the rezoning requests for Greenway Gartens and Caroline on Sept. 7. The two projects will combine for initial phases of 650 residential units and 34,000 square feet of commercial space.
